G|AI Works is Oliver Gruenig’s owner-operated practice in Karlsruhe. The work joins strategic clarity with technical implementation where an AI system has to fit real workflows, data and ownership.

How I make decisions

Not every task becomes better with a model.
A useful output needs a clear source and a clear purpose.
Automation must not make responsibility invisible.
A handover that only works with the builder present is not a good handover.

What the work covers

Knowledge systems, assisted workflows and the control layer around AI applications: access, evaluation, logging, operations and traceable decisions. Tools follow the problem — not the other way around.
